SmoothSKN Studio | Joselin reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time for any reason to ensure a safe and respectful environment for my clients and myself.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To respect my time and availability, appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit.

If a deposit has not yet been collected, it will be charged to the card on file.

No-Show, No-Call

If you no-show, no-call your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service.

If the payment on file is declined or unpaid, you will be permanently restricted from booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

A 5-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their service modified or be required to reschedule based on schedule availability.

Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals when possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services or products.

If you are ever unhappy with your results, please notify me within 72 hours of your appointment. A complimentary touch-up may be provided within that timeframe.
